摘    要:以劳动工资理论为依据 ,从劳动所具有的潜在形态、流动形态和物化形态出发 ,分析了高等学校工资分配制度存在的一些弊端 ,提出了高等学校“以岗定资、效率优先、优劳优酬”的分配制度改革思路 ,通过改革实现一流人才、一流业绩、一流报酬 ,充分调动科教管理人员的积极性、主动性和创造性。

Abstract:Based on the theory of labor and salary,potential forms and distribution situation as well as the forms of materialized labor,the shortcomings in the distribution system of universities in China were analyzed in the paper.The idea of distribution system was put forward as followings:the amount of salary should be based on the post,and the performance efficency should be taken into account,so the distribution system can guarantee those who are diligent and efficient can get better payment. By reforming the distribution system, the institutes of higher education can possess top talents, get excellent achievements and reward the excellent talents with higher wages to arouse the teaching staff's enthusiasm, initiative and creativity.
