浅析行业企业参与职业院校教育现状与发展对策

职业院校教育的发展与行业企业密不可分,促进行业企业与职业院校深度融合,是培养高技能型应用人才的主要方式。但由于行业企业参与职业院校教育意识淡薄,政府激励机制不完善,职业院校本身教育不足,使得行业企业参与职业院校教育存在诸多问题。本文主要从职业院校教学模式、行业企业自身发展和政府政策制度三方面,分析了行业企业与职业院校教育发展对策。

The development of vocational and technical education is closely connectedwith industries, Promoting the depth integration of vocational institutionsindustries, is the main way to train highly skiled personnel applications. However, due to awarenes of industry and enterprise participate in vocational colegeseducation is weak, government incentive mechanism is imperfect and the vocational and technical education itself is insufficient, which make industry andenterprise to participate invocational coleges education exist many problems. This article mainly analyzes the development countermeasures of industry and enterprise and vocationnal education mainly from the aspects of the teaching mode of vocational coleges, industry and enterprise in its own development and the government policy system.
