| 摘 要： | 1930年初，胡适等向国民党政府发起了颇具声势却昙花一现的人权运动，充分展示了他的人权思想，在中国现代政治思想史上产生了深远的社会影响。这一时期胡适的人权思想深受西方文化的影响，其渊源是挪威剧作家易卜生的个人主义，杜威的实验主义哲学思想以及美国的民主政治思想。

| Abstract: | At the beginning of 1930,human rights activity was promoted and advocated by HU Shi to the Kuomindang government,adequately showing his human rights thought,which generated profoundly social influence on the modern policy and ideology in China.During the time,HU Shi's human rights thought had been affected by the western culture,originating from the Norway dramatist Ibsen's individualism,Duwei's experimentation philosophy and Amercia's democracy thought. |
