摘    要:土壤动物体表与土壤的作用和轧辊、轧件间的作用,都属于物体间界面摩擦问题,具有相似性。用激光器加工出的轧辊表面形貌与土壤动物的非光滑体表非常相似。用仿生非光滑表面耐磨理论指导轧辊表面形貌设计,可望进一步解决轧制时摩擦阻力大,易磨损的问题,取得更加可观的经济效益。但要探讨出非光滑表面形貌、尺寸大小及分布规律与不同工况间规律性的关系,还需要做大量的试验及理论模拟工作。

Abstract:From a modern biomimetical view of point, by comparing with some animals unsmooth surfaces, some rough shape surfaces can change roll surfaces wear resistance properties by laser - texturing techniques: Simarlirity of unsmooth animal surfaces and laser - texturing effects makes roll surface texturing possible by laser - machining methods . Organism unsmooth theory in geometrical morphology is introduced first, and laser - texturing techniques applied in increasing roll surface wearability is also described. The possibility and peasibility of increasing wearability of roll surfaces in terms of the organism unsmooth theory is discussed.
