| 摘 要： | 当前,我国正处于社会转型期,面对2008年初＂雪灾＂中出现的道德＂爬坡＂现象与＂艳照门＂中的道德＂滑坡＂现象,道德构建的必然性应运而生。道德这种制度的产生是因为其可以节约交易费用,以保障社会存在发展,增进每个人的利益。同时,道德制度内生于经济制度中,随经济制度的变迁而变迁。市场经济的良性运行需要道德的存在与道德意识的提升。

| Abstract: | Currently, with the moral upgrades shown in the battle with ＂sleet disaster＂ in 2008 and the moral degra- dations in the ＂pornographic photo-gate＂ scandal, it seems emergent for our country to build up a morality system in this transitional period. Morality system emerges mainly because it could reduce the transactional fees to ensure the social pro- gress and individual＇s interests. Meanwhile, morality system is produced within economic system and changes with it. A well-running market economy requires the existence of morality and the promotion of moral consciousness. |
