| 摘 要： | 隐私本质上是一种隐含在隐私载体或现象中的、个人不愿随便被社会知悉的、与公共利益无关的私人信息。隐私权,是主体对自己的隐私利益进行的自由支配权,其内容与性质随着社会经济条件发展而不断发展。现代意义上的隐私权的内容包括隐蔽权和利用权,在性质上已经属于混合型或复合型权利,但它在本质上是一种独立的人格权。

| Abstract: | Privacy, in essence, is private information that is hidden in private carriers or phenomena and knowledge that can not be casually known to the society or irrelevant of the public interest. Privacy is the right the subject has to freely control its private interests; Its content and nature change as the society and economy develop. Privacy in its modern sense includes the rights of concealment and manipulation and belongs in nature to blending or composite rights. Essentially, it is an independent human dignity. |
