| 摘 要： | 地方高校参与高校学报"名栏"工程建设,可分三步走一是办好"一般栏目",二是办出"特色栏目",三是创出"名牌栏目".办好一般栏目,有彰显本刊特色、引导读者阅读、引导作者投稿、美化学报版面等作用.特色栏目是"人无我有"人有我优"并且能够彰显自已刊物个性的栏目,它可以从多个角度来设计.打造名牌栏目要注重文章质量,提高知名度,做到"四定"定名、定期、定量、定责任人.
