| 摘 要： | 四联总处是国民党政府在抗日战争时期的最高金融机构。徐柏园在四联总处中相继担任副秘书长、秘书长等要职,其任职期间的经济金融思想与实践,对当时的经济金融有很大的影响。本文在收集整理徐柏园的呈稿、报告、文章等资料的基础上,对其经济金融思想试作论述。

| Abstract: | The headquarter of the Four Joint-Banks(HFJB)-was the highest-level financial agency of the Guomingdang Government during the Anti-Japanese War.Mr.Xu Boyuan acted successively as vice secretary-general in HFJB,-and proposed some ideas on and practice of economy and financing while in office,exerting considerable impacts on the then economy and financing.This paper studies his ideas on economy and financing based on a collection of his submitted documents,reports and essays. |
