| 摘 要： | 结合有关史料和具体作品,将中国古代公案小说的产生和发展置于时代文化语境中进行考察,将其视作一个与社会诸种文化要素相互影响的互动过程,从而认定公案小说成熟与完备的时间应该是在宋元时期.同时还对公案小说成熟于唐代的说法提出质疑和反驳.

| Abstract: | On the analysis of relative historical material and texts, this paper inquires into the evolution of Gong'an(case) Stories against the context of particular times, and looks upon it as an interacting process among various cultural elements of society. In conclusion, the paper claims that the Gong'an stories got its full-grown in the Song and Yuan periods, and challenges the theory of that in the Tang Dynasty. |
