| 摘 要： | 对我国生态城市指标体系的研究进展进行了综述,认为应在国家环保总局公布的生态市指标体系框架下制定各个城市具体的目标体系。在分析镇江生态城市目标可达性的基础上,指出镇江建设生态城市的优势条件及存在问题,提出应建立完整的生态城市保障体系,包括城市生态空间结构体系、循环型经济体系、环境影响评价体系、生态意识教育体系等。

| Abstract: | Discusses the development of the research on China's ecocity indicatior system and suggests that the specific indicator system of each city should be established according to the system made by the state Environment Protection Bureau.It points out the advantages in building up Zhenjiang into an eco-city and the current problems as well and suggests that an eco-city protection system should be set up,including the system of city eco-space structure,recycle economic system,evaluation system of environment impact and education system of eco-consciousness. |
