| 摘 要： | 当下，人们不断地强调制度的重要性，于是“制度崇拜论”便应运而生了，然而“制度崇拜论”却走向了极端，其忽略了制度中人的因素，由此造成了一些危害。虽然制度本身的重要作用是不言而喻的，但我们在现代化过程中客观地看待正式制度的作用的同时，也应该重视制度对于人的依赖，只有同时对人与制度并重才能真正体现制度的价值。

| Abstract: | These days, people are constantly emphasizing the importance of the system, so ＂system of worship theory＂ has come into being, yet the ＂system of worship theory＂ is going to extremes： it neglects the human factor in the system, thus causing some harm. Therefore, while we treat objectively the role of the formal system in the process Of modernization, we should also attach importance to the system＇s dependence on human, because only with equal emphasis on people and systems can the value of the system be reflected. |
