| 摘 要： | 传统的高校后勤有一定的德育教育功能 ,主要是培养大学生的劳动意识和劳动精神 ;团体精神和集体荣誉感 ;纪律规则意识和关怀人的精神。随着高校后勤社会化 ,这些德育教育功能弱化了 ,但强化了大学生的法律意识、自主意识、平等待人意识。综合评价 ,后勤社会化对德育教育的主要不利影响是弱化了劳动意识和劳动精神、团体精神和集体荣誉感。为此 ,应通过加强社区服务管理 ,强化学生社团建设来弥补

| Abstract: | The traditional system of university logistics contains a certain funtion of moral education for cultivating students' labour consciousness and spirits;group spirits and sense of collective honour;discipline and regulation's consciousness and spirits of coucerning others.With system of commercialized university logistics,such functions of moral education is becoming weaker but improving their consciousness of law,independence and equality.The comprehensive assessment shows that unfavourable influence of system of commercialized university logistics lies in weakening consciousness and spirits of labour,group spirits and sense of collective honour.Therefore we should compensate for it through strengthening management of community services and construction of mass organization of students. |
