| 摘 要： | 对当代少数民族电视业的发展历史进行梳理,其发展历程可分为三个阶段:培育期、发展期、加速期;少数民族电视具有加强祖国统一和民族和谐、促进民族地区经济腾飞、为少数民族群众提供精神食粮、开展对外宣传等社会功能。但是少数民族电视在精品节目、专业人才和盈利模式等方面仍显严重不足。
