摘    要:李卫作为一名以捐资入仕的汉臣,不仅在短短的几年内由一介微员升至封疆大吏,而且成为深受雍正宠信的股肱之臣。这除了与当时特定的历史背景,以及李卫自身的努力密不可分,同时也反映出雍正选才用人的特点与风格,即:打破常规、注重人才;忠君为先,皇权至上。

Abstract:Being a minister of Han though, Li Wei was not only promoted to the dignitary official in a few years, but also firmly trusted by King Yongzheng. Besides the specific historical background at that time, it was due to Li Wei's hard working, meanwhile King Yongzheng's characteristics and style in selecting talents was reflected, namely breaking routines in using talents, advocating the faith to the sovereign and the imperial power.
