“‘一体两翼’双核团建”模式下高校团学文化建设研究

探索、创新高校共青团工作的模式与机制是高校育人工作与共青团组织建设的双重要求。…一体两翼’双核团建”模式下高校团学文化建设是校园文化建设的重要组成部分。一方面，以团委为主体带领公寓团总支和院系团总支这“两翼”开展工作，同时指导学生总会和社团联合会（含直属社团）“两翼”工作全面铺开；另一方面，以公寓团总支或院系团总支为主体，指导所属学生会和学生社团“两翼”共同建设。如此，“双核”互相交融，“两翼”多重发展，呈现网络式框架，实现效能最大化。

The Cultural Development of the Youth League and Student Union in Colleges and Universities: Under the Mode of "'One Body with Two Wings' in Building the Youth Leaeue with Double-core"

Exphwing and innovating the pattern and mechanism are the dual requirements of a higher education and the organizational building of the Communist Youth League. Developing the euhure of the Youth League and Student Union is an important component of campus cuhure. On the one hand, Youth League committee, as the main body, leads the ＂lwo wings＂-the general league branches of dormitories and colleges or departments, while guiding the general committees of Student Unions and associations in implementing their work. On the other hand, the general league branches guide those affiliated Student Unions and associations in jointly developing under their leadership. In this way, ＂both wings＂ enjoy multiple development with ＂double-core＂ in perfect harmony. Such framework of the networked model can maximize the effectiveness.
