| 摘 要： | 在分析政府支出最优规模的理论框架基础上，运用巴罗模型构建最优政府支出估计模型，利用我国的时间序列数据（1983～2007年）分析得出政府支出适度规模值为占GDP的34．66％，并在此基础上根据道尔顿最大社会收益原则，从形态上描绘了政府支出最优规模的动态路径，对探讨政府支出最优规模的变动提供了一定的参考依据和分析思路。

| Abstract: | In this paper,optimal estimation model based on the theoretical framework of optimal size of government expenditure and Barro Model is built,and according to the time series data (1983-2007) in China,we find out that the appropriate size of government expenditure-GDP ratio is 34.66%.The optimal dynamic path of government expenditure is further described according to Dalton's principle of the greatest social benefits.Reference and analysis of ideas in this research are provided to research the changes in the optimal size of government expenditure. |
