| 摘 要： | 国家司法考试制度的确立对中国律师教育必将产生深远的影响,律师教育在培养目标、学科建设、教学内容和教学方法等方面的改革,都应该符合司法考试的精神.同时,在适应司法考试的前提下,律师教育改革仍要保持自己的特色,兼顾素质教育和职业教育两大方面,在法学教育共同体中发挥应有的作用.

| Abstract: | The establishment of the national judicial examination system will have a profound effect on the lawyer's education in China. On the one hand, in the respect of training object, course construction, teaching content and method, the reform of lawyer's education must comply with the spirit of the judicial examination; on the other hand, the reform of lawyer's education should retain its own traits and give consideration to both the quality education and the vocational education and play its due part in the legal education community. |
