| 摘 要： | 在分析福建农业保险发展主要制约因素的基础上,提出以商业性保险公司兼办、相互制农险合作组织为基础的发展模式,并提出政策多予支持,政府大力推动,寻找切入点、启动试点,实行低保费、低保障,只保成本、不保收成的承保方式等实现对策。

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of restricted factors,the mode to develop agricultural insurance in Fujian is proposed in terms of adding the business to commercial insurance companies and taking the mutual-typed agriculture-insurance cooperative organizations as the foundation.Furthermore the countermeasures for realization are proposed in the regards of policy support,government's acceleration,feasible approaches,pilot projects, as well as the undertaking of ensuring cost but not harvest and with low premium and security. |
