战后初期资源委员会与对日索赔

中国对日索赔是战后初期 (194 5— 194 9)中日关系史上的一件大事。在索赔过程中 ,资源委员会起了重要的作用。由于美国在对日索赔中处于主导地位 ,所以资源委员会的对日索赔深受美国政府索赔政策的影响。随着战后世界形势的变化 ,美国的索赔政策渐趋消极 ,再加上其他因素的影响 ,直接或间接地导致了资源委员会对日索赔没有达到预期的目的。

Reparations from Japan is the major issue of the relations between China and Japan during the early years after World WarⅡ(1945 1949) The National Resources Commission of China had played a big role in the process of reparations from Japan As the U S A had played a leading role in the reparations from Japan,so the National Resources Commission's reparations from Japan was influnced by the reparations policy of the American government greatly With the changing of the world situation,the reparations policy of the U S A became more and more negative,which and some other reasons,caused the National Resources Commission's failing in achiving the desired goal of its reparations from Japan directly and indirectly
