| 摘 要： | 成人学校的教师除应具备一般学校教师都应具备的素质外 ,还应具备专业技能和专业工作经验两项特殊的素质。提高师德水平 ,引入竞争机制 ,建立教师自考制度 ,组织教师到实践第一线工作 ,开展学术活动等是提高成人学校教师素质的途径与措施。
