| 摘 要： | 改革开放以来,我国的民主政治建设发展得很快。由于人民群众的公民意识还不是很强烈,推进民主政治建设的具体实践中也有困境。因而要在政治文明视野下培育和构建公民社会,形成第三股力量,让民众在公民社会当中行动起来积极参与民主,并以此推动整个社会的全民民主,具有极大的研究价值和实践意义。

| Abstract: | Since the reform and opening up,China’s democratic political construction has been developing quickly.Owing to people’s civil consciousness is not very strong,so we have trouble in the practice of advancing democratic political construction.Therefore,it has great research value and practical significance to cultivate and construct civil society to form the third force and let people take part in democracy so as to promote the democracy of the whole society on the view of political civilization. |
