| 摘 要： | 总结了20世纪50年代我国技术引进的特点:以共同的意识形态和政治同盟为基础;在中央的严格计划和统一部署下以中央政府为主体进行;体现了国家优先发展重工业、建立独立工业体系的发展战略;以成套设备引进为主,辅之以单项设备引进、技术软件引进和人才交流等多种引进方式;技术引进与技术管理模式引进相伴进行.结合历史和现实对这些特点进行了分析和评价.

| Abstract: | The characteristics of technological introduction in China in the 1950s are summed up below: the Introduction was based on the same ideology and political alliance with the Soviet Union and implemented in strict accordance to the central government's plan and overall layout; It embodied the strategy of economic development at that time, ie., develop China's independent industrial system with a top priority given to heavy industry; of which the complete sets of equipment were introduced as major portion, with single ones, technical documents, personnel exchange, etc., as supporting means, and technical management system was introduced together. A review or comment is therefore made on these characteristics which are of historical significance to us with enlightenment. |
