| 摘 要： | 党的十六届三中全会提出了“坚持以人为本,树立全面、协调、可持续的发展观,促进经济社会和人的全面发展”的重要思想,这是马克思主义社会发展理论在当代中国的新诠释,是我党全新的科学的发展观。新发展观以当代中国的发展为基本对象,对什么是发展,发展什么以及怎么发展都做了鲜明、集中、科学的阐释,对发展中一系列核心问题的认识都达到了新的境界。
