幽默感研究述评

幽默感是个体在幽默活动中表现出来的惯常的行为、经验、情感、态度和能力的差异,是一种稳定的人格特质.幽默感是某种态度、气质、能力、情绪和行为几方面因素的独特整合,在表现风格上有积极和消极两个维度.幽默感和额叶、颞叶和脑干背、腹侧等几个脑区的活动有关.多数研究结果支持幽默感有利于身心健康,但也有一些相反的结果.

A Brief Review on the Psychological Research of the Sense of Humor

Sense of humor,with unique attitude, temperament,ability,mood and behavior as its components,is a multidimensional personality construct.Sense of humor,which is the function of several parts of brain(temporal,frontal and the ventral and dorsal brain stem),can be expressed in positive and negative ways.A popular view is that sense of humor can enhance both psychological well-being and physical health.The empirical evidence for this general facilitative effect of humor is quite equivocal,however,with only some research being supportive.This article introduces the characters,structure,mechanism and the function of the sense of humor.
