| 摘 要： | 失地农民是一个国家在城市化的进程中必然出现的一个社会群体,是在国家经济建设和社会发展的过程中,由于城市化和工业化的用地而失去土地的农民。农民土地被征用后,如何解决失地农民的医疗保障问题,成了影响农村社会繁荣与稳定的关键,同时也是促进城市化稳健发展的重要环节。

| Abstract: | Lost-cropland peasants are an inevitable social phenomenon in the course of urbanization; they are peasants who lost cropland during the economic construction and social development because of urbanization and industrialization. After requisition, how to resolve the problem of medical treatment guarantee of the lost-cropland peasants is a key to rural social flourish and stability, also an important step to improve urban steady development. |
