构建大学内在逻辑与规律的现代大学制度

世界早期大学在建立时的所有权虚置形态以及相沿成习形成的大学自治模式,保证了大学所有权关系与内在活动逻辑的一致性,使大学的活动建立在坚实的制度和文化基础之上。我国在建国后实行的政府直接管理大学模式,使大学的管理体制与活动逻辑关系扭曲,使大学蜕变为准行政性的教育机构,因此要使大学的管理体制符合大学的活动规律,必须对现实的大学制度进行改革。基于我国社会体制的现状,改革的主导者应为能主导大学制度发生历史性变化的"卡理斯玛"。

Constructing a Modern University System with Its Inner Logic and Laws

The vacant ownership of early universities in the world and the conventionally established autonomy of university guarantee the consistency between ownership of university and the logic of its inner activities and accordingly activities of university are based on solid system and culture.The government's direct control of universities in China since 1949,however,twists the logical relationship between management system and activities and makes university become an administrative institution.Therefore the current university system must be reformed.According to the present situation of China's social system,the leading role should be played by Charisma which dominated the historical transformation of university system.
