李觏《易论》中的为君为臣之道

“临川文化”的代表人物李觏在其《易论》十三篇中,重点讨论了为君为臣之道。从为君之道出发,君王要提高自身的德行修养,保持谦恭、勤俭的作风,公心为民,选拔人才注重德才兼备,时刻保持忧患意识,居安思危。从为臣之道出发,臣子要忠于君王,报效国家,秉承刚正无私的精神,不可谄媚趋利,谨防谗佞小人接近君王,安其本分,持守臣位。不论为君为臣,都当遵循“时势”,采取相应的对策,与时俱进。

The Ways of Being a Monarch and a Minister in Li Gou's Yi Lun

Li Gou,the representative of"Linchuan culture",mainly discussed the ways of being a monarch and a minister in the thirteenth chapter of his book Yi Lun.With regard to the way of being a monarch,Li stated the monarch should improve his own moral cultivation,maintain the humble,diligent and thrifty style,hold the justice for the people,pay attention to the selection of talents with both ability and political integrity,and always maintain a sense of crisis even in times of peace.With regard to the way of serving as a minister,Li thought the minister should be loyal to the monarch,serve the country,adhere to the spirit of integrity and selflessness,not flatter the interests,be alert for slanderers close to the king,and just do his own work.Both the monarch and the minister should follow the times,take the corresponding countermeasures,and keep pace with the times.
