| Abstract: | This article is a historical account of CPC's policy toward ethnic groups since 1921. It points out that in different periods CPC has stuck to the practice of combining Marxism with China's actual situations and worked out its systemic policy towards ethnic groups with Chinese characteristics, and this has proved to be a success. |
