论市场经济条件下的政府伦理建设

随着市场经济的建立和政府职能的转变,我国政府伦理领域出现了一些新情况和新特点,其中既有推动社会主义市场经济发展的内容,也有阻碍经济发展和社会进步的因素,出现了政府伦理失范。因此,在市场经济条件下,要认真分析政府伦理失范的表现类型及其成因,积极寻找治理的对策,加强政府伦理的建设。

The construction of government ethics in the condition of market economy

With the establishment of the market economy and the change of the government responsibility, in the field of the government ethics in our country have turned up some new conditions and new characteristics, including not only the elements of stimulating the development of socialist market economy ,but also the factors of hindering the economic development of the social progress which lead to the abnormality of government ethics. Therefore, in market economy, we have to conscientiously analyze the type and cause of this abnormality, actively look for countermeasures of administration, and strengthen the construction of government ethics.
