| 摘 要： | 法律手段对实现土地资源可持续利用至关重要,任何制度或措施实行都必须要以法律中的明确规定作为依据,必须以法律规定作为保障。而我国目前关于土地资源可持续利用的法律体系还存在一些问题,通过对如何完善这一法律体系进行研究,可以为我国土地资源可持续利用提供法律支持,并提高土地资源可持续利用的水平。通过对我国现有土地资源可持续利用法律体系的研究,为解决土地资源可持续利用探索出切实可行的途径,进而为实现土地资源的可持续利用做出努力。

| Abstract: | Legal means is crucial in the sustainable exploitation of land resources.The execution of any institution or regulation shall be based on and be supported by specific articles of law.However,there are still problems in our country’s legal system for the sustainable exploitation of land resources and the research on the perfection of this legal system could solve these problems and make a more effective use of the existent land resources.Thus,this paper explores the practical ways for the sustainable exploitation of land resources on the basis of its current legal system. |
