宋仁宗朝缓解财政危机的失败

北宋中期以后,发生了严重的财政危机。宋仁宗统治时期,为缓解财政危机,实行了以节省开支为目的的裁减冗官冗兵的措施:为增加财政收入,封建国家与大地主间也展开了争夺田税的斗争。但从这两方面所进行的努力看,均以失败而告终。封建国家为缓解危机,不得不转而加重对农民的剥削。
