| 摘 要： | 中国加入WTO ,是党中央国务院总揽全局作出的重大战略决策 ,是 2 1世纪我国面临的一次历史性机遇 ,这将对我国实行改革开放和推进社会主义现代化建设产生深远的影响。具体地分析了WTO的规则和我国农业的现状以及入世后我国农业立法的保护对策 ,提出了一些农业立法的建议

| Abstract: | Entry into WTO is an important strategy taken by China. This historic opportunity of the new century will have a profound impact on China's reform and opening-up as well as its modernization drive. This paper makes concrete analysis of WTO regulations and China's corresponding legislative protection for agriculture and puts forward some suggestions for agricultural legislation. |
