| 摘 要： | 中部地区的崛起与农业或农村振兴之间有着密切的关系,而适合该地区经济发展的模式之一便是推动以农产品加工业为主导的地域经济发展.对豫东地区100家面粉加工业的调查资料进行回归分析的结果显示:规模经济是该地区面粉加工业发展的关键,未来中国面粉加工业发展的主旋律将是规模化、集约化.

| Abstract: | There exist close relations between the rapid development of central area and agriculture or rural promotion.One of the patterns that are suitable for this area is to promote the regional economy where the processing industry of agricultural products should play the leading role.We've investigated 100 flour processing enterprises in the east of Henan province,and analyzed the received investigation materials,finally it demonstrate that scale economy is the key to flour processing enterprise development and our conclusion further emphasizes on scalization and centralization will be the main melody of Chinese flour processing industry development in the future. |
