| 摘 要： | 外商直接投资与产业集群是现代经济发展的两个最重要的车轮，二者互动发展是现代经济腾飞的重要动力源泉。昆山的崛起正是得益于外商直接投资与产业集群的互动发展，昆山的成功经验告诉我们，要实现外商直接投资与产业集群的互动发展，必须抓住良好的发展机遇，具备优越的区位条件，建设完善的产业配套体系，制定科学的政策扶持，进行快速的跨越式累积。

| Abstract: | The interaction between foreign investment and industry cluster is an important source of driving forces of modern economic development. The growth of Hunshan City owes a lot to it. The economic achievement of Hunshan City implies that the interactive development can be attained only when we grasp good opportunities, possess excellent regional positions, establish an intact chain of industry coordination and obtain sufficient policy support. |
