广西高等院校少数民族学生学习普通话之必要性及宏观障碍调查

广西高等院校少数民族学生学习普通话之必要性及宏观障碍调查的结果显示,在打破方言区域、市场经济和信息经济越来越全球化的背景下,较高等级的普通话水平正被越来越多的用人单位作为考录员工的必备条件。家长及学生从成功就业和立足社会的目的出发,要求高等院校提供优质的普通话培训师资和高效的普通话培训机制。而高等院校"服务社会"的办学宗旨、就业率指标和少数民族地区生源普通话基础很差的现实,则决定了广西高等院校非常有必要对学生进行高效的普通话培训。但目前,广西高等院校少数民族学生学习普通话仍存在着诸如学校培训意识的模糊与培训职能的缺失、高效培训机制的缺失与高效培训师资的缺乏、大众学习意识的模糊与缺失等宏观障碍。

The Necessity and Huge Obstacles of Learning Mandarin: A Survey among the Ethnic Minority Students of the Colleges and Universities in Guangxi

A survey has been carried out in Guangxi＇s colleges and universities among the minority students of the ethnic groups regarding the necessity and huge obstacles in learning Mandarin（Putonghua）.The results show that under the background of breaking the regions of dialects,with an increasingly globalized market economy and information economy,the higher level of Mandarin is being used as a prerequisite by more and more employers in examining employees.Based on the purpose of successful employment and the social dignity,parents and students require the institutions of higher learning to provide excellent teachers and an efficient mechanism of Mandarin training.These institutions bear the mission of ＂serving the society＂ with the index of employment rate while the students from ethnic minority areas have a poor base of Mandarin.This reality has determined that it is necessary for the colleges and universities in Guangxi to train the students in Mandarin efficiently.Currently,however,for ethnic minority students in colleges and universities of Guangxi,there are huge obstacles in learning Mandarin such as： vague training awareness of the institutions,the deficiency of training functions,the loss of an effective training system and the lack of efficient trainers,ambiguity and lack of public awareness in learning,etc.
