| 摘 要： | 民主是人类政治文明中一个颇受人们关注且具永恒魅力的问题。我国在推进社会主义民主政治的进程中，首先要明确两种态度：一是正确对待西方政治文明；二是正确对待中国国情。其次要处理“三对关系”：民主与稳定；民主与法制；民主与权威。最后要扩大“四种权利”：知情权；参与权；表达权；监督权。

| Abstract: | Democracy is an everlasting subject in human political civilization.In the process of promoting our socialist democracy,we should make two attitudes clear,one is to treat western political civilization properly and the other is to treat China’s situation properly.We should also deal with the relationship between democracy and stabilization,democracy and law,and democracy and authority properly,and enlarge people’s right to know,to participate,to express,and to supervise. |
