| 摘 要： | 企业价值网络的形成主要从价值链理论寻求理论依据,模块化理论是企业价值网络运营机理的重要阐释工具。企业价值网络的竞争优势问题是当前价值网络研究领域的核心问题,主要围绕竞争优势的表现、竞争优势的阐释和竞争优势的演化三方面展开。企业价值网络的治理问题、网络文化管理问题以及有针对性的相关产业、企业个案的研究也正在进行当中。企业价值网络的未来研究方向主要在于构筑价值网络战略理论模型,整合战略网络的现有研究成果、整合市场营销相关理论成果以及定量研究的展开。

| Abstract: | The theoretical basis of the formulation of enterprise value net can be sought mainly from value chain theory.The modular theory is an important explanation tool for the operating mechanism of enterprise value net.The competitive advantage of enterprise value net is the core issue of current research which involves three aspects,the performance of competitive advantage,the explanation of competitive advantage and the development of competitive advantage.The research on corporate governance,culture management of enterprise value net and other cases research on related industries and corporations are under way.The future research mainly focuses on building theoretical models of value net,integrating related theories on marketing,integrating current research on strategy network and quantitative research. |
