| Abstract: | The first five volumes of the Shi Zhou Shi Hua, which was written when Weng Fanggang was undertak- ing the position of literary chancellor （Xue Zheng） in Guangdong, represent his poetry thoughts at early stage. By analyzing the consciousness of distinguishing different types of poetry and the discussions on the Tang, Song Poet- ry which are contained in these books, the author puts forward that Wang Shizhen＇ s Verve Theory has a profound influence on Weng Fanggang＇ s poetry theory at that time. |
