中国批发业态研究:划分标准与类型

理清批发业态是制定批发行业调控政策、建立批发企业管理体系的理论基础。本文首先简要概括当前批发业的整体规模、发展速度、对整体商业的贡献及决定批发业发展的因素;其次综述批发业态的研究进展,发现已有研究主要集中在特定批发业态如农产品批发市场、部分业态类型介绍、业态创新方向等问题,但研究数量不足、深度不够;最后详细论述了批发业态划分标准和业态类型,提出了经营商品类别、商品的实际所有权、实体商品交割时间、业务经营所依托的空间、渠道地位、地域特点、经营范围、市场辐射区域、隶属关系、利润来源等十个划分批发业态的标准,详细介绍了每个划分标准下涵盖的主要业态类型及其核心特征。

Research on Wholesale Format in China: Types and Problems

Making clear the wholesale format is the theoretical basis to map out the control policy in wholesale industry and establish the management system for wholesale enterprises.First,this paper briefly summarizes the overall size of China’s current wholesale trade,growth rate,the contribution of wholesale to the overall business and the factors that determine the development of wholesale.Then,it reviews the research literatures on wholesale format and finds that the existing studies mainly focus on specific wholesale format such as agricultural product wholesale market,introduction of wholesale format,innovation of wholesale format,etc.,but the research quantity and quality are neither satisfactory.Finally,it discusses in details the division standards and types of wholesale enterprise.It puts forward ten division standards: the kind of goods,the ownership of the goods,the delivery time of physical goods,the space of business relying on,the status in channel,geographical features,business scope,market area of radiation,affiliation,and the source of profits.Finally,it describes in details the types of main formats and their core features under each division standard.
