试析当前青年马克思主义者培养的误区与矫正

自2007年全国系统开展青年马克思主义者培养工程以来,全国各地或深化已有的学生骨干培养机制,或迅速建立自己的平台和阵地,基本形成了学生骨干的＂全国、省级、高校三级培养格局＂,成果是喜人的。但看到成果的同时我们也在既有经验的基础上开始反思和探讨,就＂如何培养人＂的问题不断形成新的思考和认识,尤其注意走出一些误区,矫正一些偏差。

On the Long-standing Mistaken Ideas and Correction in Training Young Marxists

Since the Young Marxist Training Project has been implemented in 2007,the achievements have boomed nationwide,including the perfection of the former student-backbone training mechanism,and the start of individual training system.In general,a training pattern of three levels has been set up,namely the campus level,the provincial level and the national level.Nevertheless,besides the achievements,we begin to reconsider and discuss this issue,based on the present available experience.As for the question ＂how to train freshmen＂,we try our best to cultivate different ideas and views continuously,especially towards the methods on how to keep away from departure and errors.
