快速转型期社会矛盾的演化及化解机制基于台州市2005-2009年党政部门信访数据分析

信访问题是社会矛盾的窗口,在当前社会矛盾多发的情况下,信访问题是回避不了的。从信访的角度来研究快速转型期的社会矛盾有着重大的现实意义。根据2005—2009年台州市党政部门信访基础统计数据、分类数据、信访资料等资源,通过客观理性的科学方式并运用统计分析等手段,进行社会矛盾的研究,以期为当地党委政府维护社会稳定、推进和谐社会建设提供参考。

Study on the Evolving and the Resolving Mechanism of Social Contradictions in Rapid Transition

The letters and calls are the window of the social contradictions,in the current social conflict-prone,and these issues cannot be avoided.Therefore,it has a great practical significance to study the rapid transformation of social contradictions from the perspective of the letters and calls.The article,based on the 2005—2009 of Taizhou’s party and government’s basic data of statistics,classification,complaints and other resources,studies the social contradictions through the objective rational scientific approach and use of statistical analysis and other instruments.The main purpose is to attempt to provide reference of maintaining social stability and promoting the building of a harmonious society for the local party committees and governments.
