| 摘 要： | “双百方针”是为了解决新中国文化建设面临的新问题和促进新中国文化建设的繁荣而产生的。它坚持了唯物主义的辩证法，正确区分了政治问题和学术问题，有效地克服了教条主义和右倾机会主义，从而对调动广大知识分子的积极性，促进我国的文化繁荣发挥了巨大作用。

| Abstract: | "Double Hundred" policy was taken as a means to solve the new problems that New China faced in culture building and to promote the prosperity of culture building.It abides by the materialist dialectics in correctly differentiating political issues from academic issues,and effectively overcoming doctrinairism and Right opportunism;therefore,it functions significantly in arousing the enthusiasm of intellectuals and enhancing our cultural prosperity. |
