流程管理与职能管理的比较研究

为了论证在当代环境条件下,流程管理与职能管理究竟存在怎样的相互关系,从两个角度对二者进行了比较研究:一个是通过提出管理活动簇的概念模型发现流程管理与职能管理具有一定的统一性;另一个是从管理活动的作用机制角度分析后发现流程管理与职能管理又具有显著的差异性。研究表明流程管理与职能管理之间的互补关系大于替代关系,正确的作法应是根据环境条件的发展变化通过二者之间有效的联系与协作而配合使用。

A comparative study on the process management and function management

For the sake of the correlation of process management and function management in contemporary environment of management, a comparative study is carried through from two kinds of viewpoint: on the one hand, through putting forward the conception of cluster of managerial activity, the definite consistency between process management and function management is discovered; on the other hand, from the viewpoint of the mechanism of managerial activity, the distinct otherness between process management and function management is also discovered. So the conclusion validated by empirical data is that cooperative correlation is more than replacement correlation between process management and function management, and effective contact and cooperation is regarded as correct strategy in the light of development and change of surroundings.
