| 摘 要： | 计划生育手术对象多健康的育龄妇女,手术难度不大,病理不复杂,但由于受社会环境,家庭环境,传统习惯等因素的影响,计生对象的心理反应较复杂,与其它疾病的患者有较大的差异,二十年来,我县共做各种计生节育手术2万多例,因心理障碍导致的其它病症和计生手术并发症有126例。有些有心理障碍及其诱发病症患者,靠单纯的医疗技巧和药物治疗难以凑效。我们针对患病者的不同的心理状况施行心理疏导法治疗,收到了事半功倍的效果。中图分类号:R169.4文献标识码:B

| Abstract: | objective:targets of fanmily planning operation are healthy who are at childearing are.Surgical operation difficulty not very,the pathology is not complicated.But women who undergo a family planning operation,are different from other patients.Because of conditions of society and family and traditional conceptions these patients'psycholog ical reation are complicated.During 20 years,family planning operations amount to 20,000 cases in our cournty.There wrer 126 sujects suffering from other diseases.Soie medical mechnique and medicine can not cure these patients.Therefore,We carry out psychological situations,then gain very curative effete. |
