| 摘 要： | 通过对江浙两省现代化进程中农村劳动力素质问题的实证研究表明,农村劳动力的整体素质偏低,且发展不平衡;农村劳动力素质与其就业方式具有正相关性,非农就业劳动力素质较高,而纯农就业劳动力素质较低;劳动力素质与地区经济发展水平不同步,某些变量上农村劳动力素质的提高滞后或者超前于地区经济发展水平。

| Abstract: | The empirical study on the qualities of rural labor forces of Jiangsu and Zhejiang provinces in the process of modernization indicates that the qualities of the rural labor forces are lower as a whole and develop unevenly.There is a positive correlation between the qualities of the rural labor forces and their employment modes,in which the qualities of the rural labor forces employed by non-agricultural industries are higher,while the qualities of those employed by pure-agricultural industries are lower.The qualities of the rural labor forces are asynchronous with the development level of local economy,in which the improvement of the qualities of the rural labor forces get behind or ahead of the local economic development. |
