论构建党校图书馆网上专题资料服务模式

信息技术与因特网的快速发展,迅速地改变了传统图书馆的工作模式,读者对文献信息产生了更大的需求。为了适应新形势的需要,党校图书馆必须拓宽服务渠道,激活馆藏文献,开拓适合的文献资料服务方式,其中建立网上专题资料服务模式,是更好地发挥图书馆信息服务功能的一条重要途径。在论述构建网上专题服务模式的原则和基本要求的基础上,提出建立特色专题数据库和编选专题资料挂在网上交流两条途径。

On Establishing the Service Model of Online Thematic Special Service in the Library of the Party School

The fast development of information technology and the Internet is rapidly changing the working pattern of traditional libraries to meet the increasing demand for document and information.To adjust to the changes,library of the Party School must expand its service channels,activate the document resources and search for a unique service pattern in accordance with its document resources.One of the most efficient solutions is the establishment of online thematic special service.After explaining the principles and basic requires for such a special service,the paper proposed the two means for online communication,namely,the establishment of thematic database and the selection of thematic reference materials.
