| 摘 要： | 高校机关效能是学校管理效能的核心要素之一。当前,高校机关效能建设与学校事业健康快速发展的要求不相适应。面对新形势新要求,高校机关要明确角色定位,强化服务意识这个根本,抓住提高干部素质和能力,转变工作作风这个关键,建立高效规范的机关工作制度和运行机制,强化制度落实,不断提升高校机关效能。

| Abstract: | Efficacy in authorities is one of the key factors among efficacy administration in universities.However,efficacy construction in university authorities can hardly meet the requirements for healthy and fast development of universities.In face of new situation and new requirement,university authorities should redefine their roles,enhance their service awareness,promote cadres＇ quality and ability and change their work style in order to build an effective and normative working system and operating system,strengthen the implementation of system,thus enhance the efficacy of university authorities. |
