| 摘 要： | 通过对武汉地区中小企业91份问卷调查结果分析,结合调研有关服务质量相关文献发现,武汉地区中小企业在选择应用服务提供商(App lication Service Provider,简称ASP)服务时,更注重ASP的信用可靠性、软件易用性、服务安全性、功能实用性、运营可靠性和战略协作性。

| Abstract: | An empirical study based on 91 questionnaires into small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs) in Wuhan,together with literature review of service quality,finds out that SMEs in Wuhan are concerned with the integrity and reliability of the application service provider(ASP),the trouble-free of software,the security of service,the practicable of function,the reliability of performance,and strategic cooperation in their selection of ASP services. |
