医学专业学生法律素质培养研究

加强医学专业学生法律素质教育是提高医学生人文素质,培养医学生全面发展的需要。医事法律素质教育要坚持与医学专业教育、医德教育、普通法制教育相结合的原则。医事法律素质教育的目标体系包括医事法律知识、医事法律意识、医事法律思维和医事法律实践能力的培养。医学生法律素质现状令人堪忧,法律知识匮乏、法律意识淡薄、法律实践能力欠缺。从宏观调控和微观调控两个方面进行综合治理,形成医事法律素质培养的系统,培养高素质的医疗工作者。
