摘    要:股票期权制度作为一种重要的金融衍生工具和公司经理人员的激励机制 ,在我国受到了越来越多的关注。但它在实施过程中 ,激励作用尚不明显 ,还存在一些障碍。据此进行了分析并提出了相应的完善建议。

Abstract:As an important derivative financial means and an inspiring system for managers, the executive stock option is now under heated discussion. But in reality, its inspiring function has by no means got a full play and there are some problems in implementing it. Therefore, this paper concentrates itself on analyzing these problems and suggests some countermeasures.
